Terms of Service
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are sent into production immediately after being placed, so we generally do not accept cancellations.
If you contact us promptly after placing an order, we will do our best to assist, but please note we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Why was my order cancelled?
We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases such as:
• Out-of-stock items
• Payment failure
• Suspicious or fraudulent orders
If this happens, we will issue you a full refund for unshipped orders.
Does MiPlus ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship within Malaysia and internationally. Please note that international shipping may take longer, depending on your local courier and customs process.
How long will my order take to arrive?
For Malaysian orders, you can expect delivery within 14 working days.
All orders are shipped with Skynet and will come with a tracking number so you can check your parcel status anytime.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel directly with Skynet.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item is defective.
If your item has a defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at lifefashioncreator@gmail.comwith your order number and clear photos of the defect.
Duties & Taxes
For Malaysian orders, there are no additional taxes or charges.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Payment Policy
We currently offer two secure payment options:
1. Credit / Debit Card (via Stripe)
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We do not store your full card details on our servers.
2. Online Banking / QR Transfer (Manual Payment)
Customers may choose to pay via online banking or QR transfer.
After completing the transfer, please send your payment receipt together with your Order Number to 📧 lifefashioncreator@gmail.com.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been verified.
⚠️ Please note: If payment is not received within 48 hours, your order may be automatically cancelled.
